Laura Nightingale, Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and team leader, has worked with The Olear Team since 2002. In addition to earning a senior real estate specialist (SRES) designation, she has taken advanced course work in architectural design, property disclosure and fair housing law.

A Buffalo native, Laura grew up in North Tonawanda before moving to Kenmore while attending school at Buffalo State College. Shortly after graduating with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, she moved to Tonawanda where she currently resides today.
